in 2014 my friends and i went on omegle with the search term “furry” and people would ask “a/s/f/o” which is Age, Sex, Fursona (Species), Orientation and every single time we would respond with “I am Job the turtle. I am slow but I will rock you” and every single time they would immediately disconnect
For years I’ve heard that those booby mousepads are actually really good for a person with carpal tunnel syndrome but didn’t decide to test that knowledge because I don’t want to buy a booby mousepad that would make me some sort of sex pervert, I was raised Catholic I’m a good boy not a sex pervert. But earlier this year I bought a Gigan body pillow as a joke only to find out body pillows are actually really comfortable sleep aids, so… so I bought one… I bought a booby mousepad.
…and my wrist feels so much better when I’m using it.
How many other comforts and aids have I forsaken because they’re embarrassingly horny? How many discomforts have I endured purely out of a societal shame about expressing anything sexual? This world is fucked man.
i definitely think minecraft won’t be the game for everyone in the end and that’s just how things are no problem but i do think *some* people who don’t get the hype of it just need to play with their friends and build a house with them. its also for doing things like this.
“intrusive thought” gets thrown around by assholes talking about putting strainers on their heads or stepping on a leaf who in the next sentence will say “if your thoughts are about actually hurting people they should put you in a psych ward”. compulsions and rituals get seen as proof you’re “crazy”. ocd insight CAN be delusional, even. pocd and sexual ocd is especially demonized, though even something as “harmless” (to others. not *us*) as contamination OCD is still mocked, belittled, and seen as a sign something is fundamentally wrong with you. I have seen people twice my age advocate for violence against anyone who thinks the way I’ve been forced by my mental illness to think since i was 6, maybe 7 years old.
